About This Opportunity:
The IT Technical Support Analyst I position provides tier I level support for InComm’s IT Operations Center. IT Operations Center Analysts are responsible for monitoring and assessing potential issues relating to critical IT applications, systems and devices. The IT Technical Support Analyst I will monitor all incoming alerts using various tools and perform actions based on predefined instructions. This position includes performing troubleshooting, manual alert correlation, and resolving issues as required. Team members are expected to monitor and triage production incidents, providing feedback and support throughout the incident lifecycle. Personnel work directly with architecture, infrastructure, application and operational support teams to provide support of day to day maintenance activities such as certificate renewals, network configuration changes, patching, software deployments, etc.
Please note this is a 24/7 support environment and this role will cover the 2nd shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM with schedule TBD
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of company platforms, including ServiceNow AIOPS, Splunk, Dynatrace and similar tools

Monitor daily changes as part of Change Management

Document Incidents with all required activities and information

Manage service disruption and follow company defined escalation process

Daily email communication with internal and external customers

Follow all Company defined roles and responsibilities

Work a 2nd shift role with understanding of critical nature of attentiveness
Qualifications:
- 0 - 2 years of experience
-
Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail and always remain alert.

Experience using AI tools
-
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Team player, understanding of working with a team and working shifts
-
Technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms including Windows Operating Systems, Office Products including Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint.

Service entry and tracking knowledge using Service Now
-
Knowledge of monitoring tools including Splunk, Dynatrace, Pingdom

Change management and knowledge of incident management
-
ITIL knowledge, Service Management experience
-
Ability to work 2nd shift and weekends
