TECH SUPPORT

Job Role:

 Conduct mock interview sessions with consultants to simulate real client interviews.

 Provide chat and live support to consultants regarding interview preparation,

technical clarifications, and best practices.

 Guide consultants on communication skills, and technical articulation to improve their

interview performance.

 Deliver detailed feedback on consultant performance, highlighting strengths and

areas for improvement.

 Share resources, tips, and training material to help consultants strengthen their

technical and soft skills.

 Track consultant progress and maintain detailed records of mock sessions, feedback,

and readiness levels.

 Stay updated with industry trends, interview formats, and client expectations to

ensure consultants are well-prepared.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

 Strong technical background in IT, software development, or consulting.

 Prior experience in technical interviews, mentoring, or training is highly desirable.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to assess both technical depth and soft skills during mock interviews.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Familiarity with collaboration tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, etc.) and support

systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in IT staffing, consulting, or technical recruitment.

Knowledge of common interview formats (technical screenings, coding interviews,

behavioural rounds, etc.).

Ability to coach consultants from diverse technical backgrounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
