Job Summary

Tech2Explore LLC is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Tech Support Coordinator to manage technical support operations, coordinate IT service requests, and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, and system-related issues. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between end-users and technical teams, ensuring smooth and efficient IT support delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Assign and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level IT specialists when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and service quality is maintained.
  • Assist in IT asset tracking, inventory management, and system updates.
  • Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and reduce downtime.
  • Prepare regular reports on support performance, issues, and service trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or IT coordination.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic networking environments.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or IT service management frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
