About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Tech Support Engineer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers after they purchase our product, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and providing technical assistance whenever needed. You will also collaborate closely with our developers and sales team to deliver exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers post-purchase, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with our product.

* Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of the product.

* Analyze logs, databases, and application behavior to identify and resolve root causes of technical issues.

* Act as a bridge between customers, developers, and the sales team to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.

* Assist developers in debugging and enhancing applications built with Node.js and React.js.

* Continuously learn and develop skills in the MERN stack and contribute to application development whenever possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Basic understanding of Node.js and React.js applications.

* Ability to analyze logs and database entries to identify technical issues.

* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

* Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Interest in MERN stack development and web application technologies.

* Prior experience in technical support or customer-facing roles is a plus.
