We are hiring a resource for Customer Support + Monitoring, responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system alerts and escalate issues promptly
  • Handle customer queries (calls, emails, chat)
  • Maintain logs of incidents and resolutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams for timely issue resolution
  • Manage multiple tasks under pressure

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Strong English & Urdu communication skills
