Techincal Architect/ID

A Technical Interior Designer combines creativity with technical expertise to design and implement interior spaces for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed design concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively.
• Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately.
• Managing technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Overseeing site execution, quality control, and compliance with safety and building standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical interior designers typically need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Studio Max, and BIM modeling.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
