Technica Manager- Civil

Responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of civil construction projects, including villas and high-rise buildings, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate structural and architectural designs.
• Provide technical support during construction.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and MEP engineers.
• Resolve technical issues and support project execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare technical reports.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural systems, and high-rise construction.
• Experience with villa and high-rise projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
