As a
Technical Account Manager & Pre-Sales Specialist
, you will be a key technical partner for our clients. Your mission is to understand their business and technical needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of our products and services.
You will act as the bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Customers, combining technical expertise with a consultative mindset to drive long-term customer value and success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
Pre-Sales Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities and position solutions effectively.

Engage clients to understand business, functional, and technical requirements.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and technical workshops.

Design solution architectures and prepare technical proposals.

Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with accurate technical input.

Support effort estimation, project scoping, and solution costing.

Address technical objections and highlight risk areas during the sales cycle.
Technical Account Management Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned customer accounts.

Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, both technical and business.

Ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions.

Conduct regular technical reviews and account health checks.
-
Provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
-
Coordinate with delivery and support teams to resolve technical issues.
-
Track account technical risks and implement mitigation plans.
-
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer needs.

Support account growth and help remove barriers to payment or adoption.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, TAM, Solution Engineering, or similar roles.

Experience with SAP Business One / ERP solutions is a strong plus.

Strong technical knowledge of ERP or enterprise software solutions.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
-
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong self-management skills.

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Fluency in English and Arabic.
