Technical Account Manager - Software Development- Arabic

Fox Talent are hiring for a Technical Account Manager to join an IT services business in Dubai. The company are specialized in building products including top-tier mobile apps for business and act as a strategic advisory to tech teams.

This role is perfect for someone with strong technical knowledge and a consultative approach to take ownership of client engagement by streamlining processes and proposals accurately, using their technical expertise to guide and advise clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client lead, building trust through clear, consistent communication.
• Scope end-to-end proposals, including platform recommendations, timelines, and phased delivery plans (e.g., Phase 1–3).
• Bridge the gap between account managers and solution engineers to eliminate delays and streamline the scoping process.
• Analyze incomplete client briefs and guide clients by asking the right questions and recommending appropriate technical details.
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable proposals that align with client needs and business objectives.
• Provide technical expertise to shape solutions, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in account management, pre sales, within technology or consulting industry
• Proven track record in drafting proposals, closing deals, and managing offshore models.
• Technical knowledge of IT concepts including iOS development and SaaS platforms (React, Node.js, AWS)
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience handling escalations, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
• Fluency in English and Arabic essential.

Compensation

• Up to AED 23-25K per month plus commission incentives
