Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to support an innovative program. The successful candidate will leverage strong DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) relationships to facilitate engagements, transitions, and technical alignment across organizations. Responsibilities include conducting technical and programmatic analyses to identify critical technology areas, assessing program feasibility and technology readiness levels, coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing program transition activities, and developing program roadmaps, technology insertion plans, and risk management strategies. The advisor will also support source selection and proposal evaluations and may travel to support performer, stakeholder, and transition partner engagements. Required Experience:
- 
M.S. or M.B.A. degree.
- 
Minimum of 25 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years supporting Special Access Programs (SAPs).
- 
Demonstrated experience in DoD or IC Program Management, preferably as a named Program Manager.
- 
Proven ability to effectively communicate and coordinate within DARPA and DoD environments.
- 
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and rapid-response tasks
- 
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
Desired Experience:
- 
Direct on-site support experience with DARPA programs, including support to a DARPA Program Manager.
- 
Deep understanding of special mission areas across the Services and Combatant Commands.
- 
Experience managing all phases of rapid acquisition programs, especially with the Air Force and Space Rapid Capabilities Offices.
- 
Background in developing and executing technology transition strategies and operational experimentation objectives.
- 
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving mission requirements and dynamic program priorities.
