About the role
We’re looking for a technically minded marketer who thrives on solving problems, building intelligent systems, and using technology to make marketing more effective. You’ll be helping Image Foundry Studios, The Pixel Workshop, and our new venture, AiGENiQ, design and run automated marketing and CRM workflows that drive measurable business growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s both analytical and creative, combining marketing understanding with technical capability. You’ll work on CRM systems, AI tools, and automated campaigns that shape how we attract, nurture, and convert leads internationally.
You’ll also play a key role in A/B testing email subject lines and messages, supporting LinkedIn outreach, and helping to launch and optimise our new YouTube marketing channel. Expect to be involved across a variety of marketing activities where data, automation, and creativity meet.
What you will do
Your work will combine structured technical setup with creative problem-solving. You’ll:
- Build and manage CRM automations – implement workflows and nurture sequences in Go High Level (or equivalent platforms) that drive engagement and retention.
- A/B test campaigns – experiment with subject lines, messaging, and design to improve email and automation performance.
- Integrate tools and systems – connect data between marketing, CRM, and analytics platforms using automation tools like Zapier, Make, or API connections.
- Leverage AI in marketing – identify and deploy AI tools for content creation, lead qualification, and performance tracking.
- Use Instantly – manage and optimise email delivery and outreach campaigns.
- Optimise data hygiene – validate, enrich, and segment data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support multi-channel marketing – assist with LinkedIn outreach, YouTube content workflows, and other digital marketing efforts as required.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work with marketing, design, and business development to create scalable systems that streamline delivery.
Working hours and visibility
- UK working hours: 9:00 to 17:30 (UK time), Monday to Friday.
- Core overlap required with the UK team: 9:30 to 16:00 UK time.
- Must be responsive during working hours on internal tools (Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, etc.).
- Participate in short daily check-ins and ad-hoc collaboration sessions.
What we are looking for
- A marketer with strong technical aptitude, experienced in CRM setup, automation tools, and AI-driven marketing workflows.
- Impeccable written and spoken English – this is non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including A/B testing, segmentation, and analytics.
- Experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar CRMs.
- Hands-on familiarity with Zapier, Make, Instantly, or basic API integration logic.
- Exposure to LinkedIn marketing, YouTube content strategy, or multi-channel digital outreach.
- Has worked in international businesses where marketing focused on overseas markets rather than domestic ones.
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, with a detail-driven approach and ability to pick up new technical skills quickly.
- Experience in design, property, or B2B marketing is a plus.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
