Technical Analyst – Mobility Solutions

Job Brief

We are looking for a Technical Consultant

to oversee the design, development, delivery, support and enhancement of our mobility solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining scalable, secure, and responsive systems that power next-generation mobility services.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full stack development, system architecture, and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Participate in the

design and development discussions

on scalable software solutions.

• Guide the team in selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts.
• Develop and manage databases, APIs, and server-side logic.
• Implement security and data protection measures.

Project Delivery and Support

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
• Manage risks and resolve blockers during development cycles.
• Monitor and resolve production issues across mobility platforms.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Creating support documentation and updating existing documentation

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

• Work with product managers, UX designers, and QA team to ideate and deliver impactful features.
• Communicate technical decisions and progress to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth CI/CD workflows.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in automotive and mobility domains.

Requirements & Skills

Technical Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Expertise in full stack (Adobe Experience Manager, Java Spring Boot, Angular, HTML, CSS)
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with databases: OracleDB,

PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
• Performance monitoring and debugging of mobility solutions.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices in mobile application development.

Domain Knowledge

• Exposure to automotive systems, IoT, or mobility platforms is a plus

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
