Technical Analyst - Card Fiserv:

Worked as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders vendors and clients to drive business requirement gathering technical scope definition and UAT execution
Gathered and documented business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews
Prepared functional solution technical solution documents parameter configuration sheets migration plans
Provided mentoring technical guidance and review of team deliverables to maintain quality
Conducted daily stand up calls post project reviews to analyze successes and areas for improvement
Prepared implementation plans job scheduling forms interface sheet tech validation plan and support roster
Analyzing designing developing and testing new LiteUI services in full compliance with mandated frameworks and architectural guidelines
Presented findings and recommendations to executive level stakeholders effectively communicating key insights and action plans
