The ideal candidate will anlyze market trends, financial performance, and operational efficiancy to support decision making and drive growth. They will assist in financial forecasting, risk assessments, and process optimization while providing data-drivem insights to enhance strategy, customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling and feasibility studies to support decision - making for new hospitality projects.
• Assist in the development of business plans and financial forecasts for new ventures.
• Evaluate operational efficiency, cost structure, and profitability to recommend improvements.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategy development and optimization.
• Support the creation of financial reports, budget proposals, and other documentation for stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommed risk mitigation strategies for new investments or projects.
• Analyze customer feedback and service quality metrix to support continuous improvement.
• Track market dynamics and external factors affecting the hospitality industry, providing regular updates.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies for services, accomodation, and other offerings based on data analysis.
• Contribute to be the overall strategic planning process, aligning analytics with company vision and objectives.

Here's what you'll need -

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Min 5 years of experience in hospitality investment analysis, feasibility studies, or hotel asset management.
• Strong financial modeling skills (Excel-based), proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel valuation methods, performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, GOPPAR), and asset management principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
