Technical Architect -Authority Approval

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality architectural drawings and coordinating with relevant local authorities, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project approvals. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our architectural and engineering projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and documentation in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
• Lead the preparation and submission of permit packages for building, planning, and infrastructure approvals.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Nakheel, RTA, Civil Defense, DEWA, etc.) and developers to obtain necessary project approvals.
• Ensure all submissions meet authority standards and incorporate required changes in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams (MEP, structural, landscape) to align drawings and ensure a consistent and unified submission.
• Stay updated with changes in local regulations, authority guidelines, and approval processes.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and government officials.
• Assist project managers in tracking approval timelines and mitigating potential delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in the UAE, with proven experience in preparing authority submission drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai regulatory frameworks and approval procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permit requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in dealing with clients and authorities.
• UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
