Architect / Interior Designer

ob Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer to design, plan, and execute interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare layout plans, drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and preferences
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budgets
• Conduct site visits and oversee execution work
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architect or Interior Designer
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
