Responsibilities

Regulatory Dashboard Management: Develop consolidated, real-time dashboards for approvals, permissions, and statutory submissions across all project stages. Maintain stage-wise planning, approvals due, and upcoming milestones.

Central Repository Creation & Documentation Control: Build and maintain a central repository containing all regulatory requirements for each project. Capture application timelines, documentation requirements, technical submission checklists, and status updates. Version control and structured archiving of documents.

Tracking & Monitoring of Regulatory Submissions: Maintain a detailed tracking system for each application submitted to authorities. Monitor progress, dependencies, escalation points, and risk flags. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for pending technical inputs.

MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone-based MIS reports for senior management. Present dashboards during leadership reviews, project governance forums, and cross-functional meetings.

Risk & Delay Escalation: Identify bottlenecks, deviations from timelines, and potential delays. Escalate appropriately to ensure timely intervention. Provide impact analysis on project timelines and execution milestones.

Process Governance & Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal approval protocols. Maintain a structured record of communications with authorities. Support the Chief – Corporate Affairs & Regulatory in preparing briefing notes, presentations, and review summaries.
Qualifications
Essential :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
Desirable/Preferable
: Post-graduate degree or diploma in Management / Real Estate / Construction Management.
Total Years (Band):
12–15 years of total experience
Years (Relevant):
4-5 years must be in regulatory approvals, liaising, and compliance tracking in the real estate / infrastructure sector.
