Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

· Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

· Collaborate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

· Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.

· Prepare process flows, user stories, use cases, and wireframes as needed.

· Assist in solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.

· Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide post-deployment assistance.

· Ensure project documentation is up to date and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects.

· Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Ability to write detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

· Technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system integrations preferred.

· Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
