Job Title:
Technical Business Analyst

Work Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid 2-3 days office in a week)


Job Description:

This role as a Technical Business Analyst will require strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements. An individual filling the Technical Business Analyst role should be comfortable to articulate possible solutions applicable to experience with Cloud-Based Software solutions. The Technical Business Analyst will also be responsible for writing technical specifications (for custom development, system integration, etc.) based on interactions directly with internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Work on payments portal front-end pipeline, on Stencil platform, on event Manager platform
  • Support Connected Technologies Platform (“CTP”) provisioning, payments, fleet, monitoring and tracing infrastructure work
  • Create, refine and increase monitoring for CTP services with Toyota’s approved monitoring tools.
  • Configure and customize monitoring dashboards, reports, and s to help SRE and incident management team focus on high priority issues
  • Define SLIs and SLOs for CTP services following SRE principles.
  • Work on automating tasks to streamline operational process and reduce manual activities.
  • Work with Incident/Problem management team to complete post-mortem analysis of incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve critical incidents
  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance the system’s reliability, resilience, and fault tolerance

Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical business analyst role
  • Technical Background / Degree Program preferred.
  • Able to discuss experience with cloud software solutions
  • Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Demonstrates ability to effectively prepare and maintain the following documents/tools:
  • Process Flow Analysis
  • Product Architecture and Design Best Practices
  • Experience working with developers
  • Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBS
  • Basic competence in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, C#, etc.)
  • Requirements Definition
  • Configuration Workbook
  • Data Models
  • Detailed Functional Design
  • Executive Summaries

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
