🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

* Assist in preparing functional specifications and process flow diagrams.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, Operations) to translate business needs into technical requirements.

* Perform data analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

* Support the testing process (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

🔹 Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Fresher with strong analytical skills can also apply.

* Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
