Experience - 5 to 7 Years (Onl y)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis:
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for BI teams.
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for changes in reporting requirements.
BI Solutioning:
Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and architects to design scalable reporting solutions.
Validate data models, dashboards, and reports developed using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Custom Reports
Perform UAT planning and coordination, ensuring business sign-offs.
Project Management:
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent BI projects.
Prepare and track project plans, milestones, and resource allocations.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and stakeholder communication.
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives if working in Agile setup.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
Facilitate regular status updates, demo sessions, and requirement workshops.
Drive adoption and training of BI solutions among end users.
