Technical Business Developer(Pre-Sales Engineer)

We’re Hiring Pre-Sales Engineer (Technical Bidding)

We’re looking for a technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer who can identify and convert leads from Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role requires a mix of technical understanding and sales ability — someone who can analyze client requirements, propose the right solutions, and confidently communicate to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms
• Analyze client requirements and convert them into technical scope
• Propose suitable tech stacks (Unity, Unreal, mobile, backend, etc.)
• Draft proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation using AI tools
• Conduct initial discussions with clients (calls/chat)
• Coordinate with internal teams for feasibility and estimates
• Handle objections, follow-ups, and close deals
• Maintain a structured pipeline and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in technical bidding / pre-sales / software domain
• Strong understanding of:
• – Unity / Unreal (preferred)– Mobile & web app architecture– APIs, backend basics, deployment concepts
• Ability to create structured technical documents (SOWs)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT
• Strong problem-solving mindset Core Skills:
• Proposal writing (very important)
• Understanding client requirements (technical + business)
• Communication and sales mindset
• Lead handling and follow-ups

Nice to Have:

• Background in Computer Science / Software Engineering
• Basic development experience
• Experience in AR/VR or game development

KPIs:

• Qualified leads generated
• Proposal-to-meeting ratio
• Meeting-to-close ratio
• Revenue closed

Salary Starting range from PKR 70,000
