Position Summary

We are looking for a hungry, results-oriented AI Product Sales Specialist to own the full early-stage sales cycle for our AI SaaS product portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity: you will be one of the first people responsible for generating revenue on products that are actively being built and launched.

This role is open to junior to mid-level candidates — we are not looking for a seasoned enterprise sales veteran. What we are looking for is someone with 2–3 years of experience in software product sales or product management, a sharp mind, and the drive to grow with us. The role and the team will evolve over time based on capacity and performance — early joiners will have a direct hand in shaping what this function becomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales for AI SaaS products from lead generation through contract close
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue prospective clients in healthcare, DME/wound care, staffing, and enterprise verticals
  • Run discovery calls and product demos independently, tailoring the pitch to each buyer's pain points
  • Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools; provide accurate forecasting to the CEO
  • Develop outbound prospecting sequences (email, LinkedIn, cold call) targeting US-based decision-makers
  • Partner closely with the CEO and product team to translate product capabilities into sales narratives
  • Gather market feedback from prospects to inform product roadmap priorities
  • Negotiate and close early commercial agreements, pilots, and contracts
  • Represent SalesTeq at relevant industry events, webinars, and online communities

Required Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in software product sales or product management — junior candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently — from cold outreach to close
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate AI product value to non-technical buyers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to operate without a structured SDR team or enterprise playbook
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and results
  • Experience with US-based buyers and familiarity with US business culture
  • Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or comparable CRM/outbound tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling AI, ML, or automation SaaS products
  • Background in healthcare IT, DME, wound care, medical billing, or legal/injury management sectors
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, HIPAA-compliant software, or healthcare workflows
  • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Prior success in a startup environment where you wore multiple hats

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 100,000 – 200,000/month to start, based on experience and fit
  • Commission Structure: Performance-based commission on closed revenue — uncapped upside as the role scales
  • Growth: This role and the broader sales team will evolve over time based on capacity and performance — early contributors will grow with it
  • Structure: Contract-to-hire or full-time depending on performance and mutual fit
  • Remote: Fully remote; preference for candidates in Pakistan, Middle East, or UK
  • Working Hours: Overlap required with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
