Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Virtual Assistant (VA) staffing sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strong understanding of staffing solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue for VA staffing services
- Identify and acquire new clients, particularly in international markets (US, UK, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demos for potential clients
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and feedback
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline of qualified leads
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in staffing or BPO industry
- Proven experience in managing a sales team
- Experience in selling Virtual Assistant or outsourcing services is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of international client handling (US/UK markets preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation:
Market competitive salary with attractive commission/incentive structure based on performance.
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per hour
