Maintenance Manager

Job Title: Maintenance Manager / After Sales Service Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Manager / After Sales Service Coordinator to manage customer support activities after equipment delivery and installation. The role involves coordinating service schedules, handling customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and supporting the service team to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, technical understanding of industrial equipment, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate after-sales service activities including installation support, breakdown service, preventive maintenance, and spare parts supply
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries
  • Receive, log, and track service complaints and ensure timely closure
  • Schedule service engineers and technicians based on urgency and location
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and procurement for spare parts availability
  • Maintain service records, warranty claims, and service history documentation
  • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction
  • Prepare service reports, performance summaries, and KPI tracking
  • Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management and renewals
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and response time targets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
  • 5 years of experience in after-sales service, preferably in industrial machinery or equipment manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of industrial equipment and technical terminology
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
