US Tax Supervisor

Job Description:

We are an agile company offering virtual nimble solutions to our clients. We specialize in virtual support for software, tax, accounting, and financial systems. We specialize in healthcare and technology industries. All our clients are US based.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely US Individual and Business Tax Returns.

Ability to work on accounting activities in addition to Tax.

Provide superior and responsive professional services for clients.

Use of multiple cloud-based software for Tax and Accounting.

Work closely with the other Team members in US and Pakistan.

Assist with tax research to stay up to date with the latest changes in tax laws and regulations and assess the impact on the organization.

Support ongoing process improvements initiatives to streamline existing procedures through automation.

Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations and maintain accurate and complete records of all tax-related transactions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• ACCA/CA qualified or partially qualified.

• Must work during USA business hours, which will be a night-time job.

• Previous US Taxation experience required.

• Previous manager and supervisory role mandatory.

• Previous Financial Reporting experience required.

• Strong communication skills including written and verbal English.

• 4+ years of experience in relevant field.

• High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel.

• Detailed oriented with a high level of accuracy in communication.

• Ability to multi-task and set daily, weekly, and monthly priorities.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
