Shift:
- Winter: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
- Summer: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (UK Shift)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication for orders, shipments, and delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track orders and provide proactive updates to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations within defined SLAs.
- Maintain shipment dashboards and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Improve customer satisfaction through strong follow-up and service quality.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in customer relations, supply chain coordination, or logistics.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory.
- Strong understanding of order processing, warehousing, and delivery workflows.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and tracking tools.
- Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage customer escalations.
- Must be able to work UK shift timings.
- Must reside in Bahria Town (compulsory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
