Customer Relations Manager (Supply Chain Operations) Bahria town karachi

Shift:

  • Winter: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (UK Shift)
  • Summer: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (UK Shift)

Location Requirement:

  • Only Bahria Town residents may apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication for orders, shipments, and delays.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track orders and provide proactive updates to customers.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations within defined SLAs.
  • Maintain shipment dashboards and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Improve customer satisfaction through strong follow-up and service quality.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years experience in customer relations, supply chain coordination, or logistics.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of order processing, warehousing, and delivery workflows.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Sheets, CRM systems, and tracking tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage customer escalations.
  • Must be able to work UK shift timings.
  • Must reside in Bahria Town (compulsory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
