Technical Civil Engineer – Construction & Building

A well-established Construction Company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, structural works, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements in coordination with the design and site teams.
• Provide technical support during all stages of construction, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and quantity estimation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in construction and building projects within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, finishing, and concrete construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
