Technical Closure Specialist – Business Development

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Technical Closure Specialist to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are successfully closed on time. Your contribution will directly impact client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closure of technical projects and deals.
• Track project progress, identify challenges or delays, and provide practical solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the Business Development team in technical discussions, proposals, and presentations for clients.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and updates for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards before finalizing any project or deal.
• Contribute to process improvements for more efficient technical project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Engineering, IT, or related discipline).
• 1+ year of proven experience in technical support, project coordination, or BD-related technical operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking or CRM tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
