NavInside AI is building the intelligence layer that connects the world’s supply chain.

Logistics today still runs on emails, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and manual follow-ups. This creates delays, lost revenue, stress, and zero real-time visibility for freight brokers, 3PLs, and logistics operators.

We built a system that automates communication across the transport chain — carriers, drivers, warehouses, brokers, shippers, and receivers — and gives real-time visibility without human intervention.

This is not theoretical.

The system already:

• Solved the problem for multiple freight brokers and logistics companies
• Generated $1M in revenue in 2 years
• Was built by a startup that started from zero, with zero network

• Equity-only (no salary at the beginning)

The Role:

You will be the Technical Co-Founder / CTO and will own the entire technical vision and execution, including:

• System architecture and scalability
• Backend infrastructure and APIs
• AI-driven automation and agent workflows
• Integrations with logistics, SaaS, and communication systems
• Security, reliability, and long-term technical strategy

The product is backend-first, automation-focused, and designed for real-world complexity — not demos.

You won’t be executing tickets.

You will be deciding what gets built and why.

Who We’re Looking For:

You are likely a strong fit if you:

• Are a senior backend / systems engineer
• Have built and shipped real production systems
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
• Think long-term and globally
• Want equity, influence, and impact

Strong plus (not required):

• Experience with AI systems, automation, or agents
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS
• Previous startup or founder experience

The founder is currently based in Canada and is building NavInside AI as a global company from day one, with North America and international markets in scope.
