Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, talent evaluation, and creating structured technical content. You will play a key role in assessing candidate capabilities, designing technical assessments, and supporting internal talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical screening and evaluate candidates based on skills and requirements.
• Review and validate technical assessments completed by others for accuracy and quality.
• Design, create, and regularly update technical assessments for different IT roles.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical profiles for candidates.
• Create technical case studies to support recruitment and capability evaluation processes.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fundamental understanding of software engineering concepts and IT technologies.
• Ability to evaluate technical skills and understand technical documentation.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Internship or basic exposure to IT domain will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
