Technical Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Consultant responsible for providing technical advisory and support across various systems and projects within the organization. The role ensures alignment between business needs and technology solutions through requirement analysis, solution design, system enhancement, and user support to achieve organizational objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical consultation and support for enterprise systems and internal projects.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and ensure integration of technical solutions with existing systems.

• Manage small to mid-sized technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.

• Deliver end-user support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

• Prepare technical documentation and periodic project reports.

• Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.

• Relevant professional certification from an accredited provider or vendor.

• Minimum 4 years of experience .

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience with ERP systems and database management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in System Integration.

• Ability to develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of IT best practices and security standards.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
