About The Role
We are seeking a Technical Content Specialist to simplify complex product workflows into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand content. In this role, you will create educational materials including short product videos, step-by-step guides, FAQs, GIFs, and release notes that help users quickly learn and adopt our features.
You will own and manage our Help Center in Intercom, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product releases. This position requires strong collaboration with Product, Support, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is ready for launch and continuously maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the companys Help Center in Intercom.

Plan, script, and produce short product videos (6090 seconds), clean feature walkthroughs, and looping GIFs.

Write step-by-step guides, FAQs, and release notes that accompany every product update.

Partner with Product, Support, and QA teams to participate in UAT/QA testing and ensure documentation is accurate at launch.

Continuously improve the clarity, consistency, and usability of customer-facing documentation.

Analyze Intercom engagement metrics and customer feedback to measure content effectiveness and identify improvement areas.

Maintain a consistent tone, voice, and glossary across all help materials.

Manage content version control and updates for every product release.

Select the most appropriate content format (GIF, video, or article) for different learning needs.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Communications, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.

2-3 + years of Hands-on experience with Intercom (Help Center, Articles, and Campaigns).

Proven experience in technical content creation, video editing, or documentation for software products.

Proficiency with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar video editing tools.

Excellent technical writing and communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.

Strong understanding of SaaS products, UX writing, and knowledge base organization.

Ability to work independently across time zones and collaborate effectively with global teams.
