We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Content Writer with experience or interest in the telecommunications industry to join our content and marketing team. You will be responsible for creating insightful, technical, and engaging content that resonates with B2B and B2C audiences. Your work will play a key role in educating customers, promoting our telecom solutions, and strengthening our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Research telecom industry trends, technologies

Write clear, accurate, and engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, product descriptions, email campaigns, FAQs, and social media content

Translate complex telecom concepts into accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences

Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technical teams to align messaging with business goals

Optimize content for SEO and ensure all copy aligns with brand tone and messaging guidelines

Assist in developing content strategies that position the company as a thought leader in telecom

Maintain and update existing content to reflect new features, services, or regulatory changes

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or technical writer, ideally within the telecom or technology sector

Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, services, and trends

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools

Ability to write for different formats and audiences (technical, executive, consumer)

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field

Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with B2B and/or enterprise telecom products and services

Ability to interview subject matter experts and transform insights into compelling narratives

Understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the telecom industry (e.g., GDPR, FCC)
