About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Content Writer with 1–3 years of experience to create high-quality, engaging, and accurate content for websites, blogs, user manuals, and product documentation. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing skills, SEO knowledge, and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as OpenCart, CS-Cart, and Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit user guides, manuals, product pages, and technical articles.
• Research platform updates and industry trends for timely, relevant content.
• Create SEO-optimized content to improve visibility and traffic.
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams for content accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of OpenCart, CS-Cart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, MS Word, Surfer SEO.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
