GSSTech Group is looking for a talented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and informative content that communicates complex technical information to a variety of audiences.
You will be involved in writing user manuals, online help documentation, articles, and other collateral that enhances the user experience and provides value to our customers.
Private Health Insurance Paid Time Off Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT concepts.
Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control software, such as Git.
Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
