About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to produce clear, accurate, and engaging documentation and content for our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences, including end-users, developers, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, FAQs, and release notes.
- Develop well-structured content for blogs, product pages, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure accuracy and clarity in content.
- Research and understand complex software products, tools, and technologies.
- Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in software development, AI, and digital tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communication, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing within the IT or software industry.
- Excellent technical understanding and ability to write about complex topics clearly.
- Strong command of grammar, structure, and technical vocabulary.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Basic understanding of HTML or Markdown formatting is a plus.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
