Educational Qualifications

Candidates with the following backgrounds are eligible:

• MA in English
• B.Tech with Literature background / strong interest in writing

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, structured, and engaging technical content
• Create blog posts, product documentation, help guides, FAQs, release notes
• Simplify complex features into easy-to-understand language
• Work closely with the product and development teams to understand new updates
• Research industry topics, competitor content, and market trends
• Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and documentation standards
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligned with brand strategy

Required Skills

• Excellent command of English (grammar, clarity, tone)
• Strong writing and storytelling ability
• Ability to understand and explain technical subjects
• Good research and analytical skills
• Basic understanding of SEO content practices (training can be provided)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation formats

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Experience with WordPress or documentation tools
• Understanding of SaaS, plugins, or tech products
• Ability to write long-form guides, tutorials, or case studies
