Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer who can create clear, accurate, and well-structured technical content. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for websites, blogs, technical documents, guides, and service pages. The candidate must have strong research skills and the ability to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all technical materials.

Key Responsibilities

 Write clear and concise technical content for websites, blogs, service pages, product descriptions, and documentation

 Create user guides, SOPs, manuals, process documents, and compliance-related content

 Conduct in-depth research on technical, legal, environmental, and compliance-related topics

 Simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences

 Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) for accurate information

 Ensure all content is original, well-structured, and plagiarism-free

 Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy

 Update and improve existing technical content as per latest guidelines or regulations

 Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting

Required Skills & Competencies

 Proven experience as a Technical Content Writer or similar role

 Strong research and analytical skills

 Excellent command over English writing and grammar

 Ability to understand technical concepts quickly

 Knowledge of documentation standards and formatting

 Basic understanding of SEO principles is an added advantage

 Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Engineering, Science, or any related field

 Certification in Technical Writing, Digital Marketing, or related domain will be an added advantage

 Strong written communication skills in English

 Ability to create structured and well-documented technical content

 Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress

 Familiarity with documentation tools and SEO tools is a plus

Preferred Experience

 Experience in writing compliance, environmental, legal, pollution control, factory license, BIS, EPR, or technical documentation

 Experience in creating SOPs, policy documents, and regulatory guides

 Understanding of government portals and regulatory processes

 Knowledge of AI tools with proper human editing and technical refinement
