Key Responsibilities
- Product-Led Content Creation: Write in-depth blog posts, "how-to" guides, and white papers that demonstrate how our SaaS solution solves specific pain points for our target Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Documentation & Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain user-facing documentation, API references, and FAQs to help users self-serve and reduce support ticket volume.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features, and with Marketing to align content with SEO and lead-generation goals.
- Simplify Complexity: Translate technical jargon and "engineering-speak" into clear, benefit-driven narratives for both technical (developers) and non-technical (executives) audiences.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Repurpose long-form technical content into social media snippets (LinkedIn), email newsletters, and video scripts to maximize reach.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to ensure our technical content ranks for high-intent search queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing or content marketing, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with documentation and CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk, GitBook, WordPress, Confluence) and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Semrush).
- Strategic Thinking: Understanding of the SaaS marketing funnel (ToFu, MoFu, BoFu) and how content drives trials and renewals.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable grammar and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all technical materials.
