Technical Coordination Assistant Manager”
to be assigned to our
“Technical Coordination”
department located in Istanbul HQ.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master’s degree is a plus
-
Proven experience in power plant operations and maintenance
-
Up to 5–7 years of experience in project coordination, technical operations, field operations, or engineering support roles
-
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure end-to-end follow-up of technical requests and operational activities
-
Experience in managing multi-stakeholder technical processes (customer, operations, engineering, and field teams)
-
Experience in preparing, consolidating, and interpreting technical or operational reports
-
Experience in project execution, maintenance operations, and service delivery environments is preferred
-
High attention to detail with strong documentation and reporting discipline
-
Ability to work with disparate or imperfect data while maintaining logical structure and clarity
-
Ability to work in field conditions when required and support site/customer visits
-
Awareness of risk management principles and operational compliance requirements
-
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus
-
Strong experience in project planning using MS Project and/or Primavera
-
Proven experience in tender preparation, including BOQ calculations and manhour estimation
-
Technical proficiency in relevant software tools, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic working environments.
WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Collect customer technical requirements, obtain feedback from relevant technical departments, organize the information, communicate it to the customer, and follow up and report until the process is closed.

Support the preparation of technical progress reports for Zone 1, Zone 4, and Zone 5 projects, ensure data collection from relevant stakeholders, and coordinate timely submission of reports.

Monitor on a daily basis the execution of the project during operations in line with customer requirements and maintenance plans, identify deviations, and inform relevant departments.

Review operational reports received from Zone 5A, make necessary adjustments, and ensure timely communication to the customer.

Manage technical information flow in operations and field projects, coordinate between departments, and support problem-solving processes.

Evaluate customer requests related to investment or revision with relevant departments, forward them to the engineering team, and monitor the progress of the process.

Conduct field, site, and customer visits when necessary to support the execution of operations in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Evaluate technical and operational improvement areas with the customer in operational processes and contribute to the provision of central engineering support.

Collect technical observations regarding new opportunities in relevant regions, monitor competition and market developments, and report to relevant managers.

Ensure that documentation within own area of responsibility is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Comply with the company’s risk management approach and support maintaining risk awareness in processes within the scope of responsibility.

Verify the accuracy of all tasks and processes carried out, ensure alignment with relevant parties, and take responsibility for the outcomes.

Comply with all applicable Management System policies, procedures, and regulations, and ensure that processes and activities are carried out in accordance with related documentation.
