Technical coordinator

• Technical oversight: Ensure all construction work aligns with technical designs, engineering reports, and project plans.
• Quality control: Implement and enforce technical standards and processes to ensure the quality of construction work meets industry requirements.
• Documentation management: Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including blueprints, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Team and stakeholder management: Lead technical teams, and serve as a key contact for stakeholders and consultants regarding technical issues.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and drive a culture of health and safety in design and execution.
• Project coordination: Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure technical requirements are met within budget and on schedule.
