About Your Team

Our team works closely with different departments to keep projects running smoothly. We focus on clear communication, solving technical issues quickly, and making sure everything stays on track. Together, we help deliver successful projects from start to finish.


Your Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you will

P&G Responsibilities:

  • Reviews documents, including the specifications, BOQ, addendum and PTC at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Prepares the Risk Register/SODs at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Coordinates with the Estimator for the project cost, CCS manhours, etc., at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Coordinates with the packages managers at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Coordinates with the Heads of Departments (Commercial, MEP, Planning, CRM, QA/QC, Design & BIM, Operations, Surveying, Authorities, FMD) for the review of documents and P&G pricing and review
  • Coordinates with the external companies, including the Supplier, Subcontractors and Consultants, at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Prepares the Technical Submission requirements, i.e. the organogram, etc., at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed timelines.
  • Links the preliminary BOQ with the P&G estimate at the Tender stage, per the agreed schedule.
  • Updates the Tender schedule for Technical, as required.
  • Prepares the method statement, CV and other technical requirements in IN-Design format for each Tender project, as per the Tender requirement.
  • Coordinates with the Package Managers, Department Heads and Bid Leaders to gather all the submission requirements, within the agreed timelines.
  • Coordinates with other departments, Commercial, MEP, Planning, CRM, QA/QC, Design & BIM, Operations, Surveying, Authorities, FMD, for the review of documents, P&G pricing and review, and technical submissions, at the Tender stage, in line with the agreed
  • Prepares enquiry and cost estimates for dewatering, shoring, and client requirements as per agreed timeline
  • Populates and completes the P&G estimate


Tender Responsibilities :

  • Read and understand the Instructions to Tenderers, drawings, specifications, scope of works, client requirements and project requirements.
  • Raise Tender Queries where required.
  • Prepare and develop narrative write-ups for tender forms.
  • Prepare and develop narrative write-ups for construction methodology which include logistics and site establishment, earthworks (shoring, dewatering, excavation, etc), pour joints and leave out area, concrete placing, cranage, team and zoning, scaffolding, project resources (organogram, key personnel, manpower, and equipment), structural steel, construction sequence and other details of construction relevant to the project.
  • Identify and understand subcontract proposals where special construction methods are required such as façade, structural steel, theming, etc.
  • Extract relevant information from subcontractors scope and construction methodologies and incorporate into the Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Identify the scope of work from relevant tender documents, including available drawings in the form of AutoCAD, PDFs, Revit, Revizto, and Navisworks.
  • Review project execution drawings and construction sequence (2D & 3D) developed by the team and make sure details match with the latest information of the proposed execution strategy.
  • Ensure formatting of project execution drawings, tables, charts, and all relevant visualizations is consistent with ALEC standard and well suited for InDesign and Presentation purposes.
  • Ensure company branding guidelines are implemented to all technical proposal documents.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to deliver project-specific responses to bid requirements and project strategy.
  • Identify enabling works contractor scope.
  • Identify general requirements within tender forms and delegate to relevant Department Heads such as BIM, HSE, QAQC, MEP, etc.


What We’re Looking For

  • Tender coordination & technical submissions for construction projects.
  • Review tender docs, prepare P&G estimates, risk register, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams & subcontractors.
  • Develop construction methodology and execution plans.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, InDesign.
  • Strong tendering experience, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Background in construction/contracting industry.
