Job Title: Technical Coordinator – Architectural Fit-Out

( You must have experience in Architectural fit-out, NOT Interior fit-outs.)

Location: Umm Qarn, Qatar
Salary: QAR 7,500 (all-inclusive) + QAR 1,000 transportation allowance
Gross Salary: QAR 8,500 per month
Contract: Full-time
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including lunch break)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator – Architectural Fit-Out to join our client’s team in Umm Qarn, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating fit-out projects, ensuring technical compliance, and managing communication between consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural fit-out works and technical documentation at site level.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, QCS standards, and authority requirements (QCD, Ashghal, Kahramaa).
• Review architectural drawings, AutoCAD designs, and material submittals.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and QA/QC processes.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
• Ensure site safety standards and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with proven architectural fit-out expertise (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of QCS codes and authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
• Must be currently in Qatar and able to join immediately.
