Technical Coordinator – Cleaning Equipment Company

We are a company dealing in cleaning equipment looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator with experience in cleaning machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer service requests and technical inquiries.

Coordinate and process sales and service orders.

Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance and service reports.

Coordinate equipment inspections and follow up on findings and recommendations.

Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repair work.

Maintain service records, warranty records, and equipment history files.

Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure parts availability.

Track pending jobs and ensure all customer requests are attended to within the required timeframe.

Prepare quotations for maintenance services and spare parts when required.

Communicate with customers regarding service schedules, maintenance updates, and job completion status.

Generate periodic operational and maintenance reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and service quality requirements.

Maintain accurate records and reports using computer systems and company software.

Requirements

Previous experience working with cleaning machines and equipment.

Strong technical understanding of cleaning equipment operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to prepare reports and maintain records accurately.

Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Knowledge of spare parts management and service coordination is an advantage.

Qualifications

Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
