The Technical Coordinator typically revolve around supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of technical aspects related to the sales process. This role requires a technical knowledge, Organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both sales team and technical team (PEB & Civil).
1. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to the sales team and technical team explaining technical features, and offering solutions to technical issues if required.
2. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and detailed technical quotations and proposals for client. This involve understanding client requirements, pricing structure and technical specifications.
3. Order Processing: Manage the processing of sales orders, ensuring that all the technical requirements are accurately documented.
4. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with features, specifications, and applications of the products or services being sold.
5. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentations which we can provide to the clients during the sales process.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams: Act as a liaison between the sales team, technical team and various other teams to ensure smooth communication and collaborations on technical matters.
7. Client (Customer) Communication: Communicate with Customers to gather technical requirements, provide clarification on technical issues, and ensure that their needs are meet during the sales process.
8. Customization Request : Collaboration with the technical teams to address any customer requests for customization or special features, ensuring that the feasibility and technical implications are properly communicate to both the sales team and the client.
9. Technical Training: Provide technical training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
10. Post-sales Support: Assist in Post-sales activities, such as resolving technical issues.
11. Data Management: Maintain accurate data and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical requirements, and sales related data.
12. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the sales team and customers regarding technical aspects of products and services, and communicate this feedback to relevant internal teams for continuous improvement.
