We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team!
At RLWS, the Technical Customer Service Representative performs a variety of Inside Sales duties related to the technical application of our products. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, price, delivery, and assisting them in any customer service situation. This position ensures all customer interactions are conducted in a professional and customer-friendly manner. Functions as a member of a team that provides combined effort to exceed customer expectations.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6:30pm and the occasional Saturday.
