Technical Customer Service Senior Professional

Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Sales Support Senior Professional with strong technical expertise in piping and infrastructure solutions. This role requires deep knowledge of product applications and the ability to transfer this knowledge effectively to customers and internal teams.

A key part of the role is delivering technical product trainings and presentations through the Wavin Academy.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support on Wavin product groups (piping systems, infrastructure, water management solutions)
Deliver customer trainings and product presentations via Wavin Academy
Support sales teams with technical expertise during projects and tenders
Advise customers on product selection, applications, and system solutions
Conduct site visits and ensure correct product application
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related)
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant product groups (piping systems, construction, infrastructure)
Strong technical knowledge of application areas and installation practices
Experience in technical trainings / seminars is a plus
Fluent in English and Turkish
Willingness to travel
