About the Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our users, helping them resolve product-related issues, guiding them through setup and troubleshooting steps, and ensuring they receive world-class service.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and be a key part of delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to our product or service using internal tools and documentation
- Walk users through product features, configurations, and best practices
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support or engineering teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs or user feedback
- Help improve internal and external support documentation
- Proactively monitor system alerts and reach out to affected users if necessary
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Fluent in both English and Dutch (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, simple terms
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Basic understanding of common platforms (Windows/macOS, web browsers, etc.)
