Technical Data Manager

We are looking for a Technical Data Manager with strong expertise in data engineering, analytics, and data architecture to lead technical data initiatives and manage a team of data professionals. This role requires someone who can combine technical expertise with leadership to ensure successful delivery of data and analytics solutions that support business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers and analysts, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Take ownership of end to end delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and business impact.
• Design and oversee the development of scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into practical data solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data architecture, data governance, and reporting standards.
• Oversee data integration processes and ensure reliable data flow across systems.
• Identify and resolve complex data challenges while improving overall analytics and engineering processes.

• Advanced SQL skills with a deep understanding of data modeling and core data concepts.
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex data projects.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage projects from planning to delivery.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Boomi or other data integration platforms.
• Experience with cloud based data platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Exposure to modern analytics tools and reporting platforms.
